La Brèche golf course: 18 holes - par 70
A natural setting, just a few steps from the city! The Sierre Golf Club, opened in 1994, is the first plain golf course in the canton. It is located in Grône, on the edge of the Pouta Fontana nature reserve, about halfway between Sion and Sierre and a few minutes from Crans-Montana. Thanks to this location, it enjoys a very pleasant Mediterranean microclimate, surrounded by nature!
The first thing that players will notice when they arrive is the amazing quiet, barely accentuated by the singing of birds. The golf course hosts a wealth of vegetation, confirming its reputation as a natural golf course. The many trees provide shade on hot summer days, as well as a special atmosphere. The fairways are cut out of a terrain that is nearly flat, enlivened by a number of water hazards that are interesting, though not insurmountable. This golf course is designed to give enjoyment to everyone, with just enough difficulty to make it a challenge.
After the game, the atmosphere in the clubhouse prolongs the pleasant impression of being nestled in a peaceful and timeless setting.
