Esserts Golf Course: 18 holes - par 69
Golf at the heights! From Martigny, it only takes about 20 minutes to reach the village of Verbier. The Esserts golf course overlooks the resort, at an altitude of about 1500 meters. From this point, there is a breathtaking panoramic view of the Combins and Mont Blanc mountains. With optimal sun exposure, this golf course always enjoys comfortable temperatures, even in the middle of summer, thanks to its high altitude. The Esserts links are distinguished by their exceptional botanical diversity and their original form: the holes are positioned on stepped plateaus that wind their way down to the village. From the clubhouse, players are taken by bus to the first hole, 200 meters up, under the attentive gaze of the nearly tame Alpine marmots that follow golfers’ every move. This course requires a high degree of technical skill with high precision and a good deal of thinking, because of the narrow plateaus, the natural hazards and the bodies of water. A true challenge.
Unwinding after the game is just as important! At the clubhouse, the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly.
